Update 6/10/2022
Concord, NH Budget 2023-24 Finance Committee Meeting June 9, 2022 (the council discussion) followed by City Council convening to vote on the budget for 2023-2024.
Council started discussing the removal of CIP40 at 46:23 into the recording:
This June 9 recording illustrates how the current mayor and nine of the fourteen city councilors think about CIP40 as well as their opinions on building Langley Parkway North and removing the CIP.
Two votes were discussed at approximately at 1:31:00 on a motion for the CIP40 phase 3 (the whole LP3 phase 3 a&b) followed by a second vote to eliminate CIP40 phase 3b only. At approximately 1:39:35 only one vote was taken on the original motion to remove CIP40 phase 3b only. One absence and one recusal (Mayor). Final vote was 8 to 5 (adopted).
After this work session the City Council convened at approximately 3:23:56 and took public testimony at approximately 3:26:25 to 3:52:50. The council then voted on the four budget resolutions for 2023-2024.
